Cava is also opening two outposts in New York City, where it already has a location on Fourth Avenue off of Union Square.

Customers can build their own meals — salads, grain bowls or pitas — and choose from a host of spreads such as hummus, tzatziki, crazy feta and more.

Proteins include braised lamb, meatballs, grilled chicken, falafel and more.
