Comedy Night Raises Money For Young Elmwood Park Brothers

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. — The North Jersey Chamber of Commerce will hold its 5th Annual Comedy and Beefsteak Dinner on Wed., Sept. 30, to raise money for borough residents Jason and Justin Leider.

The proceeds from the event at 3 Saints Church in Garfield will go toward helping Jason, 9, and Justin, 6, who have a rare and fatal genetic disease with no cure.

Jason and Justin were diagnosed with the most severe form of the disease three years ago

The boys spend a week at UNC Chapel Hill Pediatrics Hospital in North Carolina once a month for painful enzyme replacement therapy procedures.
