ELMWOOD, N.J. — Explore happiness at the Elmwood Park Library on Tuesday, Jan. 26.
The library will hold an hour lecture in the community room on happiness in everyday life. The program is meant for adults and starts at 6 p.m.
Melissa Cantor will discuss simple, scientifically proven techniques in an interactive workshop designed to help people feel better about their lives no matter what is going on. Participants will leave with a toolbox to help them feel good in 2016.
Cantor has over 10 years of experience in the study and practice of yoga; qigong, a Chinese moving meditation; and life-coaching techniques. She is internationally certified by the Chinese Health Qigong Association of Beijing.
The library is located at 210 Lee St.
