The film, to be aired at 10 p.m. and midnight on both Friday and Saturday, is a Halloween tradition, according to the Film Center.
“What better way to celebrate Halloween then with a loving couple, a few lost monsters and a sweet transvestite from transsexual Transylvania,” the Film Center’s statement said. “Sing and dance through a campy, sloppy salute to horror movies and sexual liberation.”
Those who attend the showings dressed in a costume inspired by the movie will be granted free admission, according to the Film Center. Tickets for all others will cost $10 - $12 with admission for students and seniors costing $8.
“Bring your sense of humor,” the Film Center said. “And some toast.”
