Watch Elmwood Park Native On Food Network Tuesday Night

WAYNE, N.J. – A culinary teacher at the Passaic County Technical Institute in Wayne will compete on Food Network’s ‘Chopped’ Tuesday night.

Viewers can cheer on Peter Santero, a chef and native of Elmwood Park, starting at 10 p.m., when the episode entitled “Game Day Party” begins.

According to the Food Network, the episode will show Santero and other chefs taking part in a football-themed competition, “aiming to create elevated game day food in every course.”

The chefs will be charged with creating creative interpretations of mac and cheese, using artichokes as an ingredient to make an entrée, and baking a dessert, according to the Food Network.
