Jones, a New York City-based sports reporter, turns 49 on Thursday.
She was born Sept. 7, 1969, in Dallastown, Pa..
After graduating from Penn State in the early 1990s, Jones worked as a New York Giants beat reporter and as an NFL columnist for The Star-Ledger newspaper in Newark, N.J.
She worked as the clubhouse reporter for the YES Network from 2005-11, and currently works for the NFL Network and WFAN radio in New York City.
