LYNDHURST, N.J. — A Lyndhurst mom and cupcake shop owner was recently featured on Food Network's "Bakers Vs. Fakers."

Fair Lawn native Arlene Murray owns Polkadot Cupcake Shop in Nutley. Her food truck was recently named among the best in the U.S.

Murray made a S'mores Cookie Sammy — from scratch! She likes that they're small and portable, so you can put them in a bag and and tote it around with you when you need a snack.
