Former Ho-Ho-Kus CEO 'Refuses To Accept Termination,' Lawsuit Says

HO-HO-KUS, N.J. — A wastewater company has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Superior Court against its former CEO from Ho-Ho-Kus for refusing termination, the New York Post reports.

Mark Fosshage, formerly of World Water Works, continued to show up uninvited to meetings and sued the company twice, even though he acknowledged his termination from the company last November, the article says.
