ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Frank Baeli, 98, of Elmwood Park, died Friday Oct. 7.
He was born March 2, 1918, in Hackensack. He's been a resident of Elmwood Park for the past 65 years.
He was a newspaper pressman for the Jersey Journal in Jersey City for 30 years, retiring in 1981. He was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
He was the husband of the late Rose M. (nee Eriddia); father, grandfather and brother.
The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home Inc., 274 Market St., Elmwood Park. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at St. Leo's R.C. Church, 324 Market St., Elmwood Park. Entombment will be in Hackensack Cemetery in Hackensack.
