Mary A. Rodriguez, 92, Of Elmwood Park

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. – Mary A. Rodriguez, a resident of Elmwood Park, died Sunday, July 10. She was 92.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she resided in Elmwood Park for more than 50 years and also lived in Florida. She was a graduate of Central High School Needle Trades in New York. Before retiring, she was a receptionist with Chase Bank and prior to that, she was employed as a seamstress.

She was a parishioner of St. Anne’s RC Church in Fair Lawn and a member of the Ladies Aux. of the Elmwood Park V.F.W. and a proud member of The Friends of the Library in Oakland Park, Fla.

She was predeceased by her husband Max.

She is survived by her sons, Carl and wife Ruth and Richard; daughter Andrea D’Amico and husband James; sister, Madeline Lopez; eight grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; seven great-step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, 274 Market St., Elmwood Park. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne’s R.C. Church, 15-05 St Anne St., Fair Lawn. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook.
