Police stopped Thomas Arnold before his 2003 Audi made it to the tube from Park Avenue around 1:30 Saturday morning, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said.

“His face was flushed and his eyes were watery and bloodshot,” he said.

Subsequent testing put his BAC at .26%, Pentangelo said.

A computer check found a warrant out of North Bergen, he added.

Arnold, 39, was charged with DWI in a school zone, reckless driving and making an illegal turn.
