New Saddle Brook Fire Officials Take Office

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- A new Saddle Brook fire chief and assistant chief were sworn in at an installation dinner on Sunday.

Thomas Dickman was named the chief, and Christopher Sloma was selected as assistant chief. New firefighters and officers were also installed at the dinner.

Outgoing Fire Chief Douglas Habermann received commendations for his two years of service. 

"Congratulations and thank you to all our volunteer firefighters for the outstanding service they provide to our community," Mayor Robert White said.
