No injuries were reported by the NJSP, which confirmed the arrest at milepost 160.3 near the Saddle Brook tolls after the Monsey Tour bus to Brooklyn from Rockland County was stopped around 4:10 p.m.

The man was “in back of the bus with a knife,” Trooper Alina Spies told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. “He was taken into custody and everyone was safe.”

The bus later continued on to its destination.
