The Georgian colonial was built in 1994 and sits on more than 4 acres of land.

Renovated last year, the home has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and is more than 10,300 square feet, the Zillow listing says.

Checkets became the youngest chief executive in the NBA when at 28 as president and general manager of the Utah Jazz. From 1991 to 1994, he was president of the Knicks -- seeing them to the Eastern Conference Finals three times and the NBA Finals once.

Checketts went on to become president and CEO of Madison Square Garden, the company that owns the New York Rangers, New York Knicks, New York Liberty of the WNBA, Madison Square Garden and the MSG television network
