ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- St. Leo's School in Elmwood Park participated in Catholic Schools Week with several celebrations.

On Monday, the school held student appreciation day with a dance-a-thon and crazy hat contest. 

Tuesday was world appreciation day with a spelling bee and awareness assembly. 

Wednesday was community appreciation day with a dignitary brunch and a wax museum visit. 

Thursday was family appreciation day with brunch with parents, a volleyball game and family bingo. 

Friday was teacher appreciation day with a dress-down event to wear clothes to support a favorite team.
