Hackensack Man Could Be Free In 3 Years For Sex Assault On Teaneck Girl, 11 HACKENSACK, N.J. -- A 21-year old Hackensack man could be freed from prison in three years after admitting for a second time that he forced an 11-year-old Teaneck girl to give him oral sex. Quashawn Nowlin originally pleaded guilty and then withdrew the plea after the girl's mother said she'd prefer he get counseling instead of prison time. But he returned to court on Friday -- and managed to get a year shaved from the first deal. Bergen Executive: Amount Of Drivers On Snowy Roads 'Disheartening' Most people heeded authorities' warnings that they stay home during Saturday's snow storm -- but not enough of them, Bergen County Jim Tedesco told Daily Voice.
