Woman, 36, In Elmwood Park Fire ID'd, Video Shows Blaze's Intensity

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- A video posted by a veteran photographer shows the intensity of an Elmwood Park house fire in which the body of a 36-year-old woman was found.

The Bergen County Medical Examiner's Office identified Valeriya Vezhdel (photo, above) after an autopsy Wednesday following the Miller Avenue blaze the night before, Police Chief Michael Foligno said Thursday morning.

The nearly 10-minute video recorded by Michael Villanova -- under the YouTube handle homer218 -- shows what responding firefighters were met with.

They had the blaze under control within a half-hour.
