Leonia Invokes 'No Parking - Snow' Ordinance For Storm LEONIA, N.J. -- Leonia is invoking emergency no street parking provisions for the predicted Friday night - Sunday night snow storm. While timing of the storm is still questionable, the No Parking When Road is Snow Covered ordiance will be enforced from late Friday night and continue through the day and evening on Saturday.  Residents should move vehicles off the streets Friday evening. Use your driveways if possible. Otherwise, the Beechwood and Elm Place municipal lots are available with no two-hour limit Saturday.
